Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel a cleaning appointment.
If you cannot provide 48 hours’ notice, then you are still required to pay for the agreed cost of your cleaning appointment.
While we understand that you may not be able to give 48 hours’ notice to cancel your booking, failure to do so does result in a financial loss for our business, as we won’t have enough time to replace your appointment with another client.
Customers must make contact within 48 hours to raise any concerns or complaints after a clean has been completed.
